Design Manager needed to lead our creative interior design team. Ready to take the lead in shaping elegant interiors? We are seeking an Assistant Design Manager to help lead our design team and oversee project delivery. Responsibilities: • Lead and guide a team of interior designers • Turn client briefs into practical and creative design solutions • Collaborate with clients and project teams for smooth delivery • Ensure project quality, timelines and budgets • Mentor junior designers and maintain design documentation standards • Support senior leadership in design strategy Requirements: • 5-6 years of experience in interior design (with 2+ years leadership/management experience) • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design • Strong knowledge of residential design trends and materials • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and design tools • Excellent leadership, communication and client-handling skills
