Site Supervisor needed for premium interior design and construction projects. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution and quality control of interior design and construction projects. Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day on-site execution of interior projects • Monitor compliance with design specifications and quality standards • Manage site resources and coordinate with contractors and teams • Ensure adherence to timelines and safety protocols • Track project progress and report to project manager • Resolve site issues and coordinate with design team Requirements: • 3-5+ years of experience in site supervision or construction • Knowledge of interior design and construction standards • Strong coordination and communication skills • Ability to manage teams and handle site challenges • Diploma or certification in construction/engineering management
