Job Description

Senior Engineer/Fettling Supervisor needed for foundry manufacturing in Chakan, Pune. Duties: • Manage Shot Blasting & Fettling Automation • Handle Machined Casting Supply Chain Operations • Ensure Daily Customer Schedule & Dispatch of 2000 MT Production • Manage Production Planning, Scheduling & Inventory Control • Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers • Drive KPIs, Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement Requirements: • DME or B.E. degree • 5–7 years foundry/iron casting experience • Knowledge of IATF, IMS, 5S, Kaizen, and SAP • Good understanding of Metallurgy and Casting Processes • Fluent English and strong communication skills • Candidates from Chakan, PCMC or nearby locations preferred Salary & Benefits: • ₹5–7 LPA
