Sales Coordinator – Responsibilities 1. Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email. 2. Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations. 3. Follow up with leads and convert them into orders. 4. Coordinate with customers and internal production teams. 5. Maintain customer, quotation, and order records. 6. Follow up on pending payments and order status. 7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 8. Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
