Senior Architect needed for premium residential and commercial projects. Are you a visionary with expertise in Architectural design and execution? Responsibilities: • Lead architectural design development and project coordination • Supervise teams of designers, draftsmen and site engineers • Ensure design integrity, functionality, and compliance with regulations • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management • B.Arch or M.Arch degree with relevant industry experience • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial design trends • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and design tools • Excellent leadership, communication and client-handling skills
